Refund policy

We want you to love your Velàra routine. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Our guarantee We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products in their original packaging qualify for a full refund. Because skincare is personal, we also offer a one-time satisfaction refund on a single opened product per order within the same 30 days — if it didn't suit your skin, just let us know.

How to start a return Email hello@velarabylongevity.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send return instructions.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it. Please use a trackable method, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges Want a different product? Email us and we'll help arrange it.

Non-returnable items Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned or refunded.
